FEE PAYMENT PLAN
Cash flow can be an issue for anyone and losing the first month's rent to agent fees can be a real problem for some Landlords. This is why at Arch we have developed a payment plan system where you can spread the cost of our fees over a three or six month period, so that you benefit from renting your property from month one.
